Refund policy
Returns:
We hope that you are pleased with your Jon Grant London furniture piece(s), however if you wish to return your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (restrictions apply, please see information below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return an item please notify us in writing by email at studio@jongrant.london and once confirmed, your goods should be returned to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus the shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we do not accept any responsibility on the items damaged during transit.
We regret we cannot accept returns on personalised or made to measure items unless they are faulty.
This includes any items that are made to a specific length set by the customer or custom colour tops (for example, our tables, bedsides and stools)
Cancellation:
For online orders, we allow 48 hours from your first payment to simply change your mind, no questions asked and receive a full refund. Let us know by contacting us on studio@jongrant.london to cancel and we will refund the full amount paid.
For bespoke orders, any deposit which may have been paid at the time of placing an Order will not be refunded in cases of cancellation.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@jongrant.london.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us in writing at studio@jongrant.londo and once confirmed, your goods should be returned to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
