Delivery & Shipping Information 

Delivery services are provided by a third party delivery service provider depending on your location.

For larger items shipping, we will be in touch a couple of days before your delivery's due to confirm a delivery date and time slot (if possible). Shipping costs are calculated at the check out. 

We offer free collection from our workshop at Jon Grant London, Unit 33 Fairways Business Park, Lammas road, London, E10 7QB, which can be chosen at the check out.

For delivery outside of the UK, please contact us at studio@jongrant.london for individual shipping quotes.

Before ordering, please ensure that any larger item will fit into your house, including measuring doorways, staircases and entrances.  Any costs incurred relating to a failed delivery, rescheduled delivery or cancelled delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
